My name is Catherine Wilkinson, I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga teacher with nearly 10 years industry experience.

 

In 2008 the realisation that working in an office was having a negative effect on my physical and mental wellbeing led me to investigate, and embrace how simple and sustainable lifestyle choices could have a seriously positive impact on my mood, energy levels and self-confidence.

I have worked in both the commercial and corporate wellbeing sectors, for the NHS, Nuffield Health and King’s College London to name a few.  In 2015 I decided to take the leap and set up Move Well London, a Personal Training service exclusive to the lovely people of East Dulwich & Peckham.

Move Well London is all about the client and how I can help them realise their potential, whether it is as simple as committing to being more active and making healthier lifestyle choices, or working on a complex strength training programme to build a strong physique.

The Move Well Method promotes good health by combining the right balance of exercise prescription and lifestyle advice.  It’s the knock on effect of the supportive yet challenging Personal Training sessions into the daily lives of my clients that sets them up to succeed in achieving their goals. Tried and tested methods founded in the latest industry thinking are at the core of each and every training session.

By integrating the right combination of exercises for you into 60 minutes of one to one coaching, taking you safely outside your comfort zone, your body you will start to feel stronger in four to five sessions.  In six to ten sessions you will be setting new ‘personal bests’ with improved body composition, aerobic capacity and posture.
